RAMAN ANALYZER FOR REAL TIME MONITORING

 

 

Advanced analytical instrument that delivers rapid, precise quantitative and qualitative data on a broad range of substances and mixtures within seconds.

 

Specially designed for quantitative analysis in aqueous media, it utilizes an immersion probe adaptable to pipelines, tanks, and bioreactors for seamless integration into industrial processes.

 

 

 

Comprises two primary modules

1. Central module (analyzer and immersion probe)

2. Control module (housing the electrical and safety components, along with a touch screen interface).

 

Equipped with a powerful 500 mW class 4 laser, it provides a stronger, clearer Raman signal than lower-power alternatives, making it particularly effective for monitoring process phases with varying absorptivity.

 

This ensures high-precision quantitative results with reduced acquisition and measurement times.

 

Operating at 785 nm, the Visum In-Line Raman Analyzer effectively mitigates fluorescence interference common in some industrial applications, enabling reliable and consistent measurements across complex matrices.
